What's New, April 2024

Hey! More updates.

First of all, I dropped two new records today. Hooray!

They're covers: an electropop version of Blueberry Yum Yum (Ludacris, 2004) and Put You On Game (Lupe Fiasco, 2007) backed by string quintet. Stream and share and enjoy!

I finished Arousal by Michael Bader. It was alright. Pretty straightforward. A large portion of the book was case studies of the way that different patients' sexual fantasies reflect the development of their character and their trauma. It sort of reminded me of The Uses of the Erotic. Because sexual pleasure requires both physical and emotional safety, its expression can be a barometer for what ails our most fundamental subconscious selves. Anyway, next I'm picking up Fairview by Jackie Sibblies Drury. I've been meaning to read some drama.

Finally, I wanted to share a set photo! At the beginning of the month, I produced a one-day shoot for a short film from a script I wrote. More on that as I get into the editing process.

Until next time!
